- Advises boards and family-owned enterprises on strategy, risk, succession and long-term value creation.
- Currently advises a major Family Office with approximately 15 trading entities and family value of approximately $800 million, including involvement in a significant corporate restructuring, with Board appointment in progress.
- Entrusted as Co-Executor and Trustee of a major Family Office client's Will and appointed Power of Attorney.

An independent Family Office and private-client advisory practice serving high-net-worth families and privately owned groups.
- Coordinates legal, tax, accounting, banking, investment and specialist advisers around family and business requirements.
- Advises on governance, succession, wealth preservation, estate planning, business structures, compliance and long-term family interests.
- Provides integrated support to foreign-owned businesses entering Australia, including entity establishment, banking, financial administration, regulatory obligations, reporting and coordination across overseas boards and professional advisers.
Senior Partner & Mentor — Brisbane, Moore Australia
Led Family Office and private-client advisory relationships while mentoring senior professionals and supporting leadership development.
- Delivered taxation, governance and commercial advice to high-net-worth clients.
- Recruited an entire tax team, including the Tax Partner, to materially strengthen Moore Australia's specialist taxation, transfer-pricing and transaction advisory capability.
- Strengthened client relationships through practical advice tailored to complex family and business circumstances.
Executive / CEO — Private Client Services, Brisbane, Keystone Private Group
Continued to service established Family Office and private clients following the sale of Southbank Associates / LOQ Group.
- Delivered personalised and confidential trusted-advisor services to high-net-worth clients.
- Developed new processes and procedures to improve internal efficiency, communication and service delivery.
- Supported integration of acquired businesses while maintaining continuity across established client relationships.
Founder & CEO / Principal Advisor — Brisbane, Southbank Associates / LOQ Group
Founded specialist advisory businesses serving high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs, built on a boutique multi-family-office model.
- Provided personalised CEO/CFO-style support to families and business owners.
- Established complementary capabilities spanning accounting, bookkeeping, bill payment, financial management and specialist advisory coordination.
- Guided clients through restructuring, succession planning, acquisitions, growth initiatives and complex commercial matters.
- Built and operated two complementary businesses before merging them and completing their sale to interested parties with whom Lindsay had a complimentary working relationship.
Senior Lead Partner — Client Service & Business Development, Brisbane, Ernst & Young (EY)
Led strategic client-service and business-development initiatives, building senior relationships with CEOs, CFOs and major corporate stakeholders.
- Established Brisbane Senior Partner lead of Client Service Relationships and BD – significant impact either directly or indirectly in securing global clients, headquartered in Australia.
- Was the Australian Lead Partner, as part of a global team pursuing a consulting mandate with a global offshore mining group.
- Developed a Directors Relationship Program to support partner relationship building.
- Served in senior internal leadership capacities across sensitive commercial and organisational matters requiring sound judgement.
Partner in Charge — Taxation, Brisbane, Ernst & Young (EY)
Led the Brisbane taxation practice with accountability for P&L, people, recruitment, client relationships and overall practice performance.
- Grew the practice from approximately 65 professionals on appointment to approximately 130 by 2005, while maintaining a highly profitable and competitive market position.
- Anticipated GST implementation by recruiting approximately 20 experienced GST/VAT specialists from international markets.
- Won significant GST training work by writing industry-specific manuals and conducting national and state training roadshows.
- Established specialist indirect-tax capabilities spanning R&D, Stamp Duty, Customs Duty, Payroll Tax and EMDG.
Tax Partner / Canberra Tax Lead — Canberra & Brisbane, Ernst & Young (EY)
Progressed to EY Partner at age 31 and established a specialist Canberra taxation practice.
- Built the Canberra practice to approximately 25 professionals.
- Developed a Government Lobbying, Industry Policy & Advocacy capability advising national associations and government stakeholders.
- Advised on taxation reform, industry policy and regulatory matters, including Cabinet submissions and Parliamentary Inquiry matters.
- Successfully acted for approximately 400 licensed clubs in a significant NSW taxation dispute with the Australian Taxation Office.
Accounting, Tax & Advisory Roles — Melbourne, Queensland, PwC
Built foundational expertise across accounting and taxation while completing formal economics and law studies.
- Progressed through increasingly senior technical and management responsibilities.
- Developed strong commercial, analytical and client-management capabilities.
- Established the technical and commercial foundation for subsequent EY partnership and executive leadership.
